He arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated, and even wore shoe covers to ensure my home stayed spotless—such a thoughtful touch!Tanaka was incredibly polite and took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done, outlining all the options available with transparent and very reasonable pricing. This made it easy for me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Recently called the clean plumber for an urgent plumbing issue. I have never called them before but after jayden arrived to my house and completed the work I’ll never call anyone else. Jayden was on time, had great communication, explained everything he was doing to me and how things work, his work was precise and to a high standard and left the work area spotless. I will definitely be asking for Jayden again next time I need a plumber.

My in-laws were after a reliable plumber but didn’t know anyone reputable. I did a google search for them and took a few quotes. Although The Clean Plumber wasn’t the cheapest, their quote was still very reasonable and they were by far the most professional to deal with. Happy with the job and glad we took the plunge. Workmanship 5 stars, Service 5 stars and reliability 5 stars. Job well done!!
