I used the Clean Plumber and they were honest in their assessment. A previous plumber installed our freestanding bathtub incorrectly and used the incorrect drain connection (for a sink instead of a tub) leading to unbearably slow drainage. I hired two other plumbers who couldn’t diagnose the problem correctly but the Clean Plumber came and identified the issue and re-installed the tub with correct parts. All along the process they were upfront as to how much it would cost to do the work based on issues found. They were pleasant to deal with and thoroughly explained how they were going to fix it. I would definitely use them again.

Recently called the clean plumber for an urgent plumbing issue. I have never called them before but after jayden arrived to my house and completed the work I’ll never call anyone else. Jayden was on time, had great communication, explained everything he was doing to me and how things work, his work was precise and to a high standard and left the work area spotless.
